Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 6 October 2026
By using Trualo you accept these terms.
Information only
Trualo is an automated page that collects public reports and labels them by the type of source. It is information only. It is not medical, legal, safety or emergency advice. For anything that affects you, follow your national health service, weather service, civil protection agency and local authorities.
It can be wrong or late
Items are collected and labelled by software, and nobody reviews them before they appear. Reports can be mistaken, contested, delayed or later corrected, and labels can change as official information changes. Sensor data such as earthquake magnitudes is often revised. We give no warranty that anything on the site is accurate, complete or current.
How labels work
Labels such as Official, Reported, Sensor-detected, Unverified and Disputed come from the type of source, as explained on the Method page. A label describes who said something. It is not a statement that the claim is true.
Other people’s content
We show headlines, links and short attributions only. The articles, posts, videos and data behind them belong to their owners and are subject to their terms. Names and trademarks belong to their owners.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Design My Website is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
